As we move toward commercial deployment, Thalasso is preparing to expand its team. Our Tuesday company update offered a glimpse of the scale of our initial activities, and we are now looking for the first additions to our growing organization.
While our leadership team is already in place, our immediate priorities include the following positions:
Scientist
Role
To master the chemistry of sargassum transformations and guide the theoretical design of the equipment.

Requirements
- Technical mastery of modelling software such as Aspen (or equivalent)
- Ideally, access to laboratory facilities
Sales
Role
To develop offtake agreements for our:
- Biostimulants
- Fucoidans
- Alginates
- Powdered sargassum
Requirements
- At least five years of B2B sales experience in one or more of these product areas
- Demonstrated track record
- Established industry relationships
Location
- No relocation required
- Remote work preferred
- Some travel will be required
